The workload and expectations are extremely unrealistic and unmanageable. The work just continues to pile on and you can’t catch up. If you have an aggressive hostile Manager it can make things 10 times worse. If you value your Mental Health, don’t quit your current job to come to this company. You will feel trapped and like you have no other option but to put up with the horrible treatment of managers, trying to keep up with their own targets and objectives.
