Terrible leadership. Family driven management - Anonymous employee WTG Employee Review

Leadership doesn’t care about employees. You can be fired with no reason if they decide you’re a cost and once you hear from hr they avoid speaking to you. Very unprofessional. Bad management. Terrible decisions about vision and project management. No knowledge around proper software development. They don’t listen to skilled employees that raise red flags. Risk management doesn’t exist. The software part will collapse sooner then later
