      Pros

      You get to work from home, your salary is extremely competitive, the owners of the company are great people loving people, and their are huge opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      There are challenges with having "the family" working amongst mere employees. The new president is a huge bully; loves to yell, scream, and belittle over the most basic of interactions.
