Pros

Bank has old-fashioned philosophy that wants to see their client's succeed and not "fee them to death." Small bank feel with the resources and success of a large bank. All Federal holidays off with pay, decent amount of vacation (4 full weeks at 10 year mark), accrue 4 hours of sick time every pay period (all rolls over with no maximum), great colleagues and managerial staff. Not uncommon to see the CEO and executive management come visit.

Cons

Not bi-weekly pay. Only get paid on 15th and last business day of the month, which can create some periods of time where there are 17 days between paychecks.

Pros

Primarily remote work. Decent PTO after the 4th year.

Cons

Limited staffing and limiting overtime opportunities until the bitter end of potentially missing deadlines, which you are guilted into working. 2% "raise" every January and ZERO merit raises. Gutted profit sharing and profitability bonuses over time. Most recent bonus, which is tied to net profit after dividends, was given a result when the scale was never published. All previous bonuses had a floor-to-ceiling profit scale that showed the targets months in advance of the end of the bonus period.
