Pros
This company is good if you are just passing through, regardless of rank. Some areas of the company have nice and easy to work with people. I do feel heard and thought of by my team lead- but this is not the norm.
Cons
This company does not offer competitive pay, nor does it listen to their employees who are begging for it. Even directors are hardly making a living wage. This has led to high turn over and those who choose to stay become very angry and hard to work with. It has created a very toxic environment both in branches and corporate offices. I don't recommend creating a career here, best to just pass through. They also have a hard time changing and moving forward in terms of office environment. Not only are they persistent that in office work is most beneficial (studies prove otherwise) but other programs and processes are inefficient.
