Where do I begin? Let's see. Management does not follow their own policies and their open door policy is a joke! Never fall for that with these penny-enny companies! The other day, I was given a final written warning for a lie one of the family members of a consumer told to the upper management to get me fired. The assistant director and the director herself backed me into a corner just to prove their point! If you speak up, you will not be heard. An employee is suppose to get (1) A verbal warning, (2), written warning with a performance improvement plan and (3). Suspension or termination. These geniuses by passed the second step and instead gave me a final written warning with no improvement plan. They called me in to "talk" when the only voice they wanted to hear was their own. So instead of accepting that "warning" I resigned becuase not only was that meeting a set up, the assistant director knew what to do to get rid of me. If you have a degree of any kind, don't waste your time here. They will pay you WAY less than you're worth and try to screw you over to cover their butts. They are not worth your time! I just earned my doctorate degree so I became a threat to them. Cowards!
