Pros
WVPA management and employees make work-life balance and family strong priorities. Having just joined in early 2017, I can attest to the welcoming environment and the team-based approach to success.
Cons
WVPA is a member-owned non-profit so it does not offer a bonus program like you often see at other companies, although they do have very competitive base compensation.
