You do get to work with some really good people, however if they are truly good they don’t stick around long enough to build any sort of working relationship with. Great place if you’re single with zero life.

Club consistency and identity are a huge problem. If you give an inch they’ll take 2 miles, zero trust from leadership or ownership (there’s a lot of them) in the people they hire. Too many irons in the fire as they say. All employee turnover is high, but it’s sad to see it from the managers. No respect for any work life balance and the guilt trips they put on you to cover other people’s shifts because of their lack of leadership is truly impressive on a disgusting level
