Pros
Great Benefits. Most Employees are reliable and easy to work with. Work at your own pace (given you actually work and try). Pay is excellent once you reach top out, with yearly cost of living raises.
Cons
Some politics on certain shifts, job advancements are hard to come by. Do not put your name on anything that you didn't do yourself. When busy, 6 or 7 days a week is to be expected.
