Pros
Permissive time off is nice. Up to 6% matching on 401k. Work environment is strong with a lot of good people.
Cons
3% of the 401k match is only distributed once at the beginning of the year and that's if you are with the company on December 15th of the year prior. Insurance prices are not the best. Only choice is Highmark.
