      Pros

      I recently started working for Wabtec and I couldn't be happier. I love the culture of the company and how much they support diversity and leadership. The team I am part of is full of professional, smart and wonderful people, they are always very helpful and supportive.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons, I am enjoying working remotely but sometimes I wish I was in an office with my team.

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
