      Good base pay, health insurance , lots of over time , on job training.

      Cons

      employees have little to no say . Job comes before anything else. Point based system. Non union .

      Pros

      Very interesting work, market competitive for a non-union shop

      Cons

      No training structure, learn by doing, which depends on who you work with. Lack of drive from coworkers to finish projects. Definitely going through a transition period, but new shop manager has better vision for future.
