      Terrible, the people are terrible managing is terrible everything is broke overall the place is a joke. Worse decision I ever made in my life

      Unlimited paid time off yearly.

      Cons

      Site leader at the Erie site. Indecisiveness by upper management. Unrealistic expectations. No repercussions for bad employees. Good employees get abused, verbally and by being given excessive workload. Salary teams are short staffed and site leader won’t allow new hires. The union - no explanation needed.
