Pros
There is a lot of freedom in how you complete your work, you have several resources available to you, but you can choose how to complete the tasks. Family oriented place, where they will work with you if you need to leave early for family or sick reasons. There is lots of free food and they throw great company parties. Great health benefits, that really help you save a lot of your paycheck and salary is good as well. Laid back office environment with a lot of great people.
Cons
vacation time is awful, its probably the main reason people leave.
