Shift Work schedule. Every month you get 7 straight days off and you never work more than 4 straight. Always trying to make safer work environments and the only company I have worked for that never laid one person off all the while we were producing nothing at the plant but still every employee got a check . Offer several different training options and chances to obtain higher learning/ skills they pay for so you can advance within the company. I could go on and on but my main point is I have never missed a check any they have taken very good care of me.
