Working at Wadi was like a nightmare, every movement you make is noticed by the manager. He makes his own rules to run the team. You sit and talk around with about other employees and you will forever be in his good books. Your work will never be appreciated. It is more like a family and friend run business. There is no scope of growth, nothing new to learn, degrade your work skills, join Wadi. You will be kicked out if you speak against your manager. It's more like a political game going on, rather than creating a peaceful work place. Why do u need to manage the hours an employee stays in the company..When the work is being delivered. I never understood the funds behind it.
