The management team is a joke. They write you up for bs. They don't care at all about their employees. They are money hungry and two faced. Turn over rate is high! And I don't mean cause people go to back to school etc. It is because people quit cause the stress is real! They get sick of being treated poorly. You take on a ton of work with minimal staff so management can sit around and do nothing. Management is so lazy! Clients even notice and think management is a joke. Some even won't deal with them because it is like talking to a wall.
