Pros

The management is just funny. The fact that these superiors are your "managers" is a joke. They have no idea what goes on in the back and they have power hungry young kids as shift leads that they put their trust in to make things run smoothly. The staff is 97% kids with a bad attitude who treat new people like garbage, and dump the work load on them so they can just sit in the back and get paid to do nothing. Even if you try to talk to management about it, they won't acknowledge you because this business is all about money not about loyalty or their customers. You are also expected to work 8+ hour shifts with 1 break and most times no break and no lunch break. Labor laws at there finest. Training is almost non existent, or they stick another new person to train the new person. Smart.
