Pros
Great location and not too far from home
Cons
The promotion system is pretty wack
Pros
I find myself fortunate to have found a company where business success is gauged on and focused not just on financial achievements but on the people who make the company work. Led by Cheryl, it has a holistic approach with flexible working, playing to the team’s strengths and with a ‘work hard / play hard” philosophy. As a digital marketing agency, there is an intensity in the work we do, having to work to strict timelines and budgets. It is a company for self-motivated, hardworking individuals who care about the detail and are passionate about being the best and making Wagada a leader in what we do. From the moment I joined the company I was immediately made to feel welcomed and like a long-standing member of the team. The team are massively inclusive. There is little or no politics from what I can tell. If someone needs to air a concern, feedback is both welcomed and expected. We have fun whilst we work whilst every understands their responsibility to deliver!. From the moment I met with Cheryl, I bought into her undying enthusiasm and vision for the business. I hope to be part of the company’s continued growth for many years to come.
Cons
Too many chocolate biscuits and Celebration Boxes in the office!!
Pros
I knew that I wanted to work in an agency environment and I was attracted to Wagada because of its down-to-earth approach to demystifying digital marketing. Wagada has a commitment to providing flexible working opportunities for employees. I wanted to join an organisation that had the right company culture for me and Wagada fitted the bill; everybody at Wagada works hard but also has the chance to take some down-time as well. I enjoy being part of a forward-thinking, pro-active team and career development has always been extremely important to me. I feel that I can discuss my career openly with my Director in a one-to-one environment and Wagada has provided me with both internal and external training, investing in my career and helping me to build on my skills in SEO and PPC.
Cons
We are a small team and so sometimes resources can be stretched, but there is a strong company culture and everyone supports one another in what is a very easy-going and down-to-earth office environment.
