Wai looks good on paper but its a sham - Anonymous employee Wai Technologies Employee Review

Ohh where to begin. It is a bad place to work, you have one wfh per month which the employee is entitled for but they don't get approved. Then the people some have sooo much entitlement they even pressurize people to write good review on here most of the reviews here are fake made Oh and now the most amazing part: THE PAY! They don't pay you at all, it is wayy wayy lower than the market standards and most of the pay is divided in the upper management/core team and rest junior employees are paid loose change literally They think basic survival of their employees is a joke So whatever you do please think before joining this place, it is not worth it!
