Pros
I guess there is the possibility of consistent work, which is good.
Cons
The pay is atrocious. So much micromanaging. A ton of work required, and it ends up paying less than minimum wage when you take the pay into account. I ended up quitting because it wasn't worth it, and they don't care because you are easily replaced.
