      Pros

      So far I have enjoyed the onboarding process, I was provided with so much information before my first day. I felt very informed and ready for my first day. The orientation and training have been wonderful. I have never worked for a more efficient organization. I am looking forward to working with my managers, peers, and students.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons at this time, I am only in my 2nd week and so far everything is going well, the training is amazing and the managers and peers have been great to work with.
