No real support from higher up - Coordinator Walden University Employee Review

Incredibly low wage with almost no increase in 7 years. Pigeonholed into a a position with no opportunities to grow or advance (or get rehired elsewhere). Work from home is being revoked for all employees within 50 miles of a campus (even though team leaders will still be remote) PTO is only flexible for salaried employees and hourly employees get shafted when it comes to benefits. Leadership does not listen to the employees wants or needs. Many employees have multiple jobs to be able to maintain living in the cities.
