Pros

Get to work alone, able to listen to your own music. Occasionally free food is provided for lunch occasions.

Cons

Major favoritism towards certain employees, allowing them to get away with things that others are punished for. They also get special treatment, attention and better pay increases, despite not working at hard as others. Certain departments are treated worse than others, i.e terrible work tools, constantly picked on by supervisors when nothing is wrong, or not being allowed to apply for new positions when an opportunity arises. Hard work is never appreciated unless you are in good with the supervisors. Hypocrisy is in abundance here. Facility can become extremely hot. Office area is air conditioned. If you are looking for a job then do not work here. It isn't worth it.

Pros

Good work culture. Great work life balance. People are really helpful. Got a lot of support when relocating to Rockford. It is a small but global company. Great place if looking to have impact on ESG and passionate about Supply Chain. Innovative business strategy. People are really motivated and the business is growing with a steady pace. Lots of opportunities for data and analytical skills. Really supportive and flexible manager.

Cons

Entire tech team is based in Amsterdam. But everyone is really helpful and responsive. Lots of autonomy. Has to navigate ambuigity and wear many hats. However, these experiences are really great in early career growth.

Pros

- High priority on innovation and adoption of leading edge technology to support what many may consider a mature marketing. - Plays in a unique space within the electronic components manufacturing and distribution ecosystem. - Company values and culture are a top priority - Good benefit package - Opportunity to grow and being curious is preferred leading to promotion opportunities

Cons

- Remote work options are quite limited - Pay is fair but on the lower end of the scale compared to similar companies - Location of the office is a bit isolated being in the city of Rockford, IL
