Pros
Scheduling is very flexible. My store manager genuinely cares about all the employees and treats them with fairness. You develop a lot of great friendships. You can have fun and work hard all at the same time. It's easy to move up, just keep learning as much as you can.
Cons
With the recent economy there have been a lot of hour cuts, position cuts. And demands from corporate have gone up. It's hard to have good customer service reviews when there's no one there to help them because we don't have the budget.
