-No raises the last 2 years for pharmacists. Found out 2 weeks before we got our performance reviews. -Promised bonuses based on metrics for managers was cut in half, 2 weeks notice. -Workload is high and increasing, labor budgets are low and decreasing. -Work life balance is poor, expect to stay hours late just to get the job done. -If in a pharmacy manager role, no options to step down if the job is too much.
