Pros
*Flexible in scheduling- good for college students. *Opportunity for growth within the store *Good benefits (health, dental, profit sharing etc) *Have heard that it is better than work for than CVS from my co-worker
Cons
*They continue to cut hours even though increasing their demands from staff (vaccinations for rphs, even without an extra rph to handle flow in busier stores, etc.), freak out over overtime. *Many managers in my new district seem to create policy whenever they want. *Promoting people who were continually written up for being late, etc. and who don't do a good job and overseeing several people who should have been promoted. *My new district supervising staff is not very supportive of family issues. Oh and so I don't get FIRED...the words I've posted do not represent the views of my company (and yeah, there's a company policy on blogs, online postings, etc....)
