Pros

The longer you're with the company, the faster the PTO builds up.

Cons

Seniority and knowledge doesn't matter, you're pushed to the bottom of the totam pole. Seasoned personal are trapped in one small spot, while new hires are free to walk around, and screw everything up, and the seasoned personal has to clean up the mess, and take heat from the customers. all in the name of "learning and fairness." Budgets are extremely for staffing, staff is beyond a skeleton crew, staff is stretched beyond the limits and braking point. You're stuck at the register for extended amount of time, or the entire shift, and still expected to get still expected to have a reset across the store completed, have compliance completed, and many other tasks completed by the end of the shift. We're more times made to feel inadequate because of the fact we weren't able to complete anything. Set scheduling had been taken away from seasoned staff, and given to new hires, those who's been with the for years working for a high pay, when we get there, the people from the street, new hires will receive the same amount as the seasoned personal. Cliental are allowed to abuse the employees, and nothing can be said, except the employee needs to improve their behavior. Fairness is given to a group selected personal (newer hires), while the rest of us get the slaby seconds, or the worst made to feel like we're nothing.

Pros

Can be a fun environment. All in whom your staff is. Operating photo was fun and building projects for the customers. Learning about pharmacy operations.

Cons

Work life balance and low pay for what is expected. Not having enough payroll to effectively run a store. My store ran FE on a 320 hour a week budget. That was barely enough to get buy and meet the expectations put out by the company. I was never able to keep a full leadership staff. When a leader called out, I had to stay. There were days I was called away from my own dinner table. SM's were forced to be in the pharmacy for more than half of their day regardless as to what is happening in the FE. I worked over 50 hours a week and barely got to spend time with my family. If I wasn't at the store I was getting a phone call and having to go back to the store.
