The pay is terrible very low for the market, management is micromanaging, coworkers are toxic. The customers you work for are entitled and management feeds into entitlement. Overall terrible experience planning to leave soon.

no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
