      Pros

      I was lucky to work at a store with a great store manager, but the environment that corporate offers to move up through the company is not conducive to positive growth.

      Cons

      It often does not seem like corporate, and upper level management cares about employees, or will take time to help you if there are issues.

      pay was decent I guess

      Cons

      no promotions, no good management, a lot of people in positions that do absolutely nothing, very cliquey, constant checking in 1:1's, no growth in your career, favoritism, toxic environment.
