zero community company does not pay for uniform and charges $8 shipping which is over shirt cost($5) talk about taking advantage of employee for mandatory uniform. In California if you are requiring mandatory company uniform it must be expensed yet they do not. Employee complain about doing the bare minimum If you are hard worker you will be expected to cover for the lazy workers while getting paid the same. Managers will hardly help and expect older employee to train new employee who are getting paid more than the old Zero salary growth in seven years, always at the new minimum wage floor.
