nice range of experience that can be helpful if you want to go into the pharmaceutical industry, good retail experience, HIPAA, attention-to-detail is great in this role, future cashier/retail jobs

SO busy at time/rushes
Angry/frustrated patients (understandable yet still can be emotionally costing)
many ongoing tasks at once
if you have a good rhythm and team bond, it's good, if not, it's a very hard position to work without a nice team
