Horrible Management - Server Walk-On's Employee Review

Everything! There’s a reason why their turn over rate is high. Don’t waste your time. Management shows favoritism with other workers. Managers even sleep around with other servers. Constantly being talked down to and treated like an idiot. Management also think they are way better then other workers. They won’t even talk to you if there is an issue their way of handling the situation is just to remove you from the schedule. Management is super messy and will gossip about others with other employees.
