The work culture is great, I really enjoyed being around the people there and work was fun most of the time. The type of work was enjoyable and was interesting, Typically larger design projects.

Management made baffling decisions and it was hard to instill change. Felt unheard and that nothing would change. Felt remuneration was generally low.

The company has many genuinely kind and supportive people, but unfortunately, a number of talented and great employees end up leaving due to workplace bullying or being dismissed and pushed out.

The Melbourne branch has undergone two and potentially more redundancy rounds within 6 months, if you count the “restructure” that quietly forced several people out. These issues appear rooted in poor leadership decisions and a disregard for staff wellbeing. I’ve seen talented colleagues burn out, become demoralised, and in some cases reach breaking point. The office’s handling of mental health concerns is, at best, neglectful.
