      Pros

      The job was fun and it was a joy to help people prepare for their parties. We had opportunities to help people make their special days as great as possible.

      Cons

      Upper management was always preoccupied with the wrong things. The stores felt neglected. We received huge amounts of freight with nowhere to put anything. The planning was bad which inhibited us from performing our duties as best we could to the customers.

      Pros

      They treat you like family, the customers are very nice, the atmosphere is friendly and exciting and you won't get bored.

      Cons

      Changing out seasons is very hard work. They only pay minimum wage.

      The one I worked at closed but there's still another out there and the staff is friendly, very organized, family first, customers first etc

      Busy at times and can be overwhelming
