Walmart is cheap company. Your base salary would be low and around 30 percentage of your tc is bonus, and it all depends on your manager. You may get 0 dollars while your colleague (manager's favorite) get 40k in bonus. In some team it doesn't matter what you do, you will get met expectations only. Growth is in the hands of your manager. Hires family members and friends, or worse based on race. Tech interviews are joke. Only people joining here are those stuck on visa or don't want to move away from Ar. Most of their tech leads and managers (from WITCH consultancy) became full-timer here. Even new grad can code better than them. If you are in wrong team, you will do everything correct and still be SE 1 for 3 years while someone who joined along with you in some other team became Senior SE. Once you move to this small town, you are stuck and Walmart knows this. Walmart doesnt care if you stay or leave, no exit interviews. There is always someone new they can hire for cheap and use them for next few years.
