The times of transition can be challenging. The first department restructure occurred in response to the pandemic in 2020, followed by significant technology changes that impacted our structure over the years. Ultimately, these changes led to the department’s elimination in 2024, a decision we do not take lightly. Throughout these transitions, we aimed to provide a career path within the finance center, allowing team members to grow within the department. Additionally, employees had the opportunity to explore roles within our dealership network if they wished to continue their career with Walser.
We can understand that this was not an easy time, and we are sorry if you did not experience the support we wanted to provide during these transitions.
