We work with the best trade partners in Boston which is a huge reason we have so many successful projects. We are also given a great amount of autonomy to manage projects in a manner that suit us best. Opportunity for growth is exceptional.
Cons
It is hard to come up with many "downsides." Anything I could mention here would be the same at any other construction firm.
