Pros

The only good days are when the owner does not come to work

Cons

Extremely toxic and verbally abusive work environment, endless meetings that serve no purpose than to keep you from doing actual work, highly unprofessional behaviour from the owner, company is in constant loop of losing and hiring employees because of above.

Pros

excellent team could not ask for better people to work with. I had to leave because of personal reasons but things are really improving there. Summer was a bit all over the place but due to some employee engagement activities and workshops, things are much smoother now. It's a happy place. If you're into technology and trying out things that big companies are afraid to try, you should work here. The development team is a good group, mostly senior and all super intelligent.

Cons

As I mentioned above, last summer there were some management shifts and headaches but things seem to be smooth now because of these workshops (specifically going for breakfast with human resources and checking in. That was extremely valuable and thoughtful). I'm sorry to have to leave a great team and super interesting tech, but as I said I had some personal things to take care of.

Pros

I truly enjoyed the team of workers in this small company, work hard, play hard comes to mind. I enjoyed fridays most as this was when the team gets together to take some time and socialize.

Cons

I appreciated my time at Walsh, but am happy it is over: expectations were extremely high, unachieveable in my opinion, which was frustrating. There are only so many hrs in a day to do all that was needed/requested, there were days and weeks I worked 6 days @ 8+ hrs a day, which then became expected and the norm. Ultimately this is the reason I left: no work life balance, and micro managing daily.
