Pros

The brand carries incredible creative heritage, and many individual contributors are talented, kind, and deeply committed to their craft. When collaboration aligns, the work can be inspiring, but those moments are the exception rather than the rule.

Cons

Leadership within Studio Technology operates through a top-down, competitive model that often pits leaders and teams against one another. Visibility is valued more than impact, creating a dynamic that rewards politics over partnership. Executive direction is marked by reactivity, ambiguity, and limited accountability. Priorities shift frequently with little communication, leaving teams to reconcile conflicting objectives on their own. The environment fosters survival rather than excellence, where people adapt to dysfunction instead of improving it. There is a complete absence of formal mechanisms for upward feedback or organizational reflection. It is the first place I have worked without any process to evaluate leadership effectiveness or the overall health of the organization. As a result, systemic issues persist unchecked, which undermines both culture and output.

Pros

Free passes to the parks and discount in the stores.

Cons

Management is disorganized, and the workplace culture is consistently challenging. Frequent organizational changes are introduced with little communication or clarity about the path forward, creating uncertainty and frustration. While some teams provide a better experience than others, a toxic environment is prevalent across much of the organization. Rather than investing in employee growth, development, and internal advancement, the culture often feels focused on limiting employees' potential instead of empowering them to succeed.
