      Pros

      The list is endless, but like match of the day, we'll show the highlights! I was allowed to develop my abilities hugely with some freedom which was fantastic, the facilities and resources were fantastic to enable me to achieve the great things I did and the people are all sound as a pound (which I'll discus in the cons!!)
