They really teach you the importance of customer service and building connections with all clients. They always look to improve and have an open door policy. I love working here and everyone is incredible.

Cons

The life of events is unpredictable so hours and days off are never the same; however, that is the industry and I enjoy it!

Remote work. Flexible schedule. Unlimited PTO.

Cons

Culture took a complete nosedive in the last year. Management will dangle carrots to get everything out of you and give nothing in return. No raises last year but was told sometime in 2026 it would happen. When this was brought up by the leadership team in 2026 they said compensation was a "hard" thing to address, but they acquired more venues and will do team building activities like take the teams to MLB games.
