They promised a 30hr minimum week during the slow season, and yet I was only making 4 hrs for a 2 week time period. I'm pretty positive someone skims money from the tips based off of one wedding I worked. Saw one guy put in MULTIPLE $20s throughout the night and everyone else tipped too, but out of 8 people we only got like 10 bucks each for 3hrs worth of a bar? The GM likes to clap at new employees and tell them to act like a puppy and follow people around Half the staff is allowed to go against the dress code and the other half has to wear exactly what the handbook says even though we all work the same events and some of us are the same positions They force you to attend mandatory meetings that are almost 3 hrs away for a 2 hr meeting that's mostly games. If you plan on eating during event days, take your own food. They talk about how great their food is but the chef is the laziest and rudest chef I have ever met. The food is sub par and I feel sorry for the wedding guest eating it.
