I absolutely love working for Walter’s. I worked in the telecommunications industry for 13 years and I was burned out. I stumbled on the server position at Walter’s and I finally found something I’m passionate about. You feel like you are part of a family. Everyone is so supportive and willing to go above and beyond to help further you in the company.
Cons
There are a lot of little things that get neglected at the venues that I don’t feel like Walter’s wants to spend money on to keep them looking top notch. I do wish they would offer healthcare benefits.

Thank you for sharing your heartfelt experience with Walters Hospitality. We are delighted to hear about your positive transition into our team and how you feel like part of our family. Your feedback regarding venue upkeep and healthcare benefits is truly appreciated and will be discussed with our management to identify areas for improvement. We are committed to ensuring that both our employees and our venues reflect the high standards that contribute to a smooth and rewarding work environment.
Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad to hear you enjoy being part of the team, even through the challenging days. We appreciate your feedback on training and structure — we’re continuing to enhance those areas to better support our staff.
Culture took a complete nosedive in the last year. Management will dangle carrots to get everything out of you and give nothing in return. No raises last year but was told sometime in 2026 it would happen. When this was brought up by the leadership team in 2026 they said compensation was a "hard" thing to address, but they acquired more venues and will do team building activities like take the teams to MLB games.
