Upper management sets meetings with you for check-ins and listens to your input. Our region has teambuilding events. The company has an annual trip of teambuilding for management.

With great companies comes great commitment. It is a time commitment to ensure our venues run smoothly. You must be fast on your feet if any problems do arise. It is seasonal so when you are hourly you need to be budget conscious.

Culture took a complete nosedive in the last year. Management will dangle carrots to get everything out of you and give nothing in return. No raises last year but was told sometime in 2026 it would happen. When this was brought up by the leadership team in 2026 they said compensation was a "hard" thing to address, but they acquired more venues and will do team building activities like take the teams to MLB games.
