Some of my cons in working with the company is we have no structure is places that need structure. It feels as though we have to many managers trying to take charge and it confuses many of us. We also have negativity within the departments due to leadership. It feels as though there is a divide between departments or wedges are trying to be driven. This does not make for a healthy work environment let alone make any of us want to voice in concerns we are having; as for it will get turned into a he said/she said situation that we were not hoping to be the outcome. The lack of compensation for the position that is being held!
