Pros
I honestly loved my time at Walters! Hitting the sales goals each month can definitely be stressful, but the goals are not unattainable so long as you are willing to put in the time and work. I loved the flexibility that came with the sales role, but it also requires some serious personal time management skills to ensure you are scheduling enough tours to hit your target sales numbers. Training/onboarding was better than previous companies I had worked for. The one downside of Walters is that they seem to do a massive overhaul of their systems/processes/hierarchy structure almost every year, which can cause strain on both employees and brides. Overall, would still definitely recommend working for Walters Wedding Estates!
Pros: Great hospitality company, lots of opportunities to learn, sales offered nice bonus structure
