People in the whole company are very passive. 4. Only management level gets good pay, others get pay like nothing. 5. No overtime pay and no other benefits.

CEO's is from the field of Finance; the cash flow is in well control. I think he manages his 3 VP, Operation VP, Marketing VP, Finace VP, quite well, too. He is woking more like a President than a General Manager.

Alltitude of Operation VP is too passive. Many Manager positions are still vacant and acted by the Operation VP himself. I really wonder what is his plan for raising his team's work ability !
