We have team members of all experience levels, from entry-level to senior employees. The environment is friendly and I enjoy coming to work. Overall, it is a great place to work no matter where you are in your career! The company is fair and really cares about the well-being of its employees. Recognition is not a given nowadays, so it is great to feel that our work here is appreciated!

The endless construction on Mound Road is my only complaint.

Very diverse work culture with people from different backgrounds. Overall it is a stable place to work. If you do a good job, they will allow you to advance and work on other projects/opportunities. Flexible with health appointments and other outside activities. Good benefits package compared to others in the industry. Diversified business portfolio. They do company events that make us feel appreciated, such as gift cards around birthdays, holidays, luncheons, monthly raffles, etc. Everyone is friendly and enjoys working together. Can work from home when possible, depending on the customer you are working for.

Your workload and schedule heavily depend on the customer due to the nature of the service business. Hours can fluctuate and be long during peak times, depending on the group you’re in. No surprise as this was covered during initial interviews. You do get compensated for the overtime and can make a lot of money.
