      Great team of dedicated people. Everyone is very easy to work with and common goals are aligned.

      Very, very busy company. There is not a lot of time to get things done and there is a constant push to complete projects.

      Pros

      Great environment. Extremely smart team members. Lot of new and exciting projects make every day a new challenge. Great leadership. Everyone is given a chance to succeed. Everyone's goals keep them on track and prevent the need to micromanagement. Innovative and smart approach to business and development.

      Cons

      So much to do, hard to keep up at times. Everyone understands this though so the bars are not set at unachievable levels.
